User Agreement

• Staywyze is a platform for facilitating bookings and does not own, operate, or manage any properties listed. As such, Staywyze is not liable for any damages, theft, injuries, or conflicts that occur on properties listed on the platform.
• Users (both hosts and guests) are solely responsible for their interactions and activities. Staywyze is not responsible for the conduct of any user.

• Hosts are encouraged to take necessary precautions and provide accurate descriptions of their properties. Staywyze is not responsible for any damages caused by guests to the properties listed on the platform.
• Guests are expected to treat the properties with respect and report any damages immediately. Staywyze is not liable for any damages caused by guests.

• Staywyze advises both hosts and guests to take necessary precautions to ensure their safety and security. Staywyze is not responsible for any theft, injuries, or incidents that occur on properties listed on the platform.
• Hosts are responsible for ensuring their properties meet safety standards and comply with local regulations. Staywyze is not liable for any safety or security issues on the host’s property.

• In the event of a dispute between a host and a guest, Staywyze may provide a platform for communication, but any resolution or settlement must be handled directly between the involved parties.
• Staywyze is not liable for any disputes between hosts and guests.

• Staywyze highly recommends hosts and guests to obtain suitable insurance to cover any potential risks or liabilities related to their properties or their stay. Staywyze is not responsible for any damages or losses.
• Users agree to indemnify and hold Staywyze harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from their use of the platform.

Staywyze reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zimbabwe.
