Morden premium 3 bedroomed holiday home in a secure gated community in Victoria Falls’ upmarket estate. Very private, comfortable and flexible to meet your requirements if you are travelling for holiday or business.

House rules

1. Responsible occupancy , breakages to be paid for before leaving .

2. Avoid making noise that goes beyond the premise. It’s a lovely quiet community, you will enjoy it.

3. The premise to be kept clean , garbage bags are provided.

4. Let’s go green, let’s save water and energy whilst we keep ourselves adequately provided for and comfortable . The villa is designed in such a way that ample natural light and fresh air gets in.

5 . Keep watch of children and keep them away from the swimming pool unaccompanied.

The space

We offer the entire standalone villa with capacity for 6 guests sharing, you tell us how you want your beds, double on supper king size or split. We are very flexible on bedding to accommodate your requirements. For larger groups, arrangements can be made for similar 3 bed or 2 bed apartments within the same community.

Our home is air conditioned and has overhead fans. It comes with a morden fully equipped self service kitchen , an open plan dining and living area that opens up into a large veranda with an eatery , views extend into a private garden with a private swimming pool. You choose where you want to eat , relax and unwind , indoor or outdoor , our set up is very flexible! We are very flexible.

This self catering holiday home has water and power back up. We can assist arrange a chef if required. You can also eat from the surrounding restaurants as you explore Victoria Falls.

Things to know

1. This is a self catering holiday home. The rental fee only caters for accommodation. Guests will be required to pay for any broken or missing items before they leave.

2. Our home is ideal for sharing with colleagues, friends and family , especially for outdoor dining and relaxation. However , this is a quiet and a low noise environment and guests are required to avoid making noise.

3. The facility has an ensuit bedroom and a shared bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms plus an additional guest toilet. Linen , towels and detergents are provided.

4. The facility has private parking for 2 cars.

5. Location is 1.2 km from City Centre and 4.7km from the waterfall , distance is based on a straight line
